Terms of service

The Terms of Service specify the terms between Sparkle Proxy - VPN Server ("us") and the user. Continuing to use or access the Service means you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be subject by the conditions of these Terms of Service, including the license terms ("Terms of Service") that constitute a binding Agreement between us and the collection and use of your information as specified in our Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user or not.
